Why are our restaurants so popular?

Because we fry great chicken and it tastes great with a beer.

Our Korean style food and restaurants are the perfect place to gather for a meal or to socialise and our menu is just a little bit different so it appeals to a broad range of customers from all backgrounds.

Our restaurants look great and are a comfortable place to dine or hang out with friends. Every day and every night we are busy with crowds of people wanting our special recipe fried chicken.

We have 13 stores open in Melbourne and Perth at the moment and several others under development.

We make it easy for our franchisees by offering a full turnkey service with all new sites. We find the site, negotiate the lease, manage the fitout and get everything ready for you to step in as the new owner. We even organise the liquor license.

You receive 5 weeks in store training and you get the benefit of all of our systems, suppliers and knowledge gained over the last 10 years.

We have large and smaller restaurants in both shopping centre and streetside locations and most of our stores do between $1m - $2m pa turnover. Our larger stores are consistently trading at $1.5m - $2m level and deliver strong investment returns.

Gami is one of the more affordable franchises around with only 5% royalty and a 2% marketing levy (waived during the first year). Franchisees are backed by a strong head office support and marketing team, so you can focus on running a great business for yourself.

GAMI story began in 2006 with the founder 'Rio Yoon' in Carnegie. WIth years of hands on experience with Korean cuisine, Rio decided to focus on perfecting a recipe for fried chicken & sauces, and sharing one of his country's favourite foods to the world.

Our delicious piles of chicken quickly attracted droves of diners. The word soon spread and there are now GAMI chicken stores across Australia offering quality and delightful food.
