We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, hands-on franchise partner to bring The Sporting Globe to life in Eastalnds, Tasmania.

Marketing support
Our dedicated in-house marketing team supports our franchise partners with:
- Multi Channel National Campaigns
- Promotion and activation of all major sporting events including: Superbowl, NBA Finals, Grand - Final Weekend & The Melbourne Cup
- Menu design and production (4 menus per year)
- Continuous product development and refinement
- Development and implementation of Loyalty Club (150,000 members)
- Local Club sponsorship program
- Local Area Marketing planning, guidance and production
Training provided
We offer our franchise partners extensive, practical and ongoing training including:
- A 6-week franchise partner training program prior to venue takeover
- Development and implementation of training programs for all key staff
- Scheduled ongoing training visits covering new products, services and systems for both front and back of house teams
- Access to our comprehensive online training portal that provides detailed video modules for induction and training of all staff across the business

History
Originating in 2010 in Geelong, Victoria, The Sporting Globe has steadily grown opening its second and third venues in 2013 and franchising its first venue in Richmond in 2014.
Since 2014 an additional 21 venues have opened, including our first interstate location in Western Australian in 2016!
With multiple projects due for completion by the end of 2025, the business continues to expand and cement its position as Australia’s no1 Sport Bar & Grill.
