Our role doesn't end when you open your doors. As a franchisee, you gain the full resources of a team committed to helping make your store a success through continued training, consulting, analysis, marketing, equipment, research and technical support.

Marketing support

A National Marketing Fund provides extensive digital campaigns to help drive B2B leads to your store, including Google AdWords, SEO, Email Marketing, database acquisition campaigns, online advertising, public relations, POS material and local area marketing campaigns.

Training provided

A full 5-week training program is provided to all new franchisees.

Weeks 1 & 2 are with our training department in our purpose built training facility in our Australian headquarters.
Week 3 is On-the-Job training in your mentor store.
Weeks 4 and 5 are in your location with our launch team, focusing on operations and then finally sales and marketing, helping you get your business launched into the market!

The training doesn't stop there - with regular Field Visits, Regional Meetings, Mentor programs and much more.

Skills

No prior industry experience required. The best skill that you'll have will be the willingness to meet other local business owners and be of service to them. Do you like a chat? Then you're the right kind of person for us.
