Inspired by a French family connection this business was founded in 2011 from a passion for fine food and the unique chemistry of flavour. Each crêpe is handmade in front of customers on traditional crepe pans then filled with only the freshest locally-sourced or hand made ingredients. Initially as a weekend hobby, within months, the two owners needed to employ staff to accomodate the growth in demand. Based primarily at farmers markets we have secured a strong repeat customer base focussed on high quality artisan niche product.
