UBX Stregnth and Training (previously known as 12RND) was created by co owner Danny Green. Danny brings his World Champion fighter knowledge along with the correct boxing technique for clients starting out on their fitness journey.
The gym floor is a HIIT workout of 12 stations with 3 minute rounds. This gives clients a complete body work out of boxing and stregnth and fitness.
