About the Opportunity
On offer is the distribution rights of an established medical device throughout Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. The product is TGA-listed and already being sold to the public at expos and events and to a network of doctors and therapists. Hit the ground running!
Step Flex are active foot correctors (rather than static foot supports), made in Germany, and with increasing acceptance by doctors and therapists. There are many reasons why they are superior to custom-made orthotics for most people, as explained on our website www.stepflex.com.au. Our orthotics have been sold in Australia for over 20 years and have a growing reputation.
You'll have two distinct market channels to develop. Many weekends you'll present Step Flex at Home Shows, Field Days, Caravan & Camping shows throughout your territory. At other times, you can develop the medical distributor market, which provides an ongoing passive income. You can do shopping centres, or not. You work when you want, and take time off when you want.
This business opportunity is not a franchise, as there is no franchise fee, no franchise contract and no royalties to pay. For the shows, you buy the orthotics from Step Flex Australia, and sell them to your customers. The head office handles all orders for the medical distributors and you receive commission.
To be considered for this opportunity you'll need to be fit, enthusiastic, relate well with strangers and be available to travel away from home, including on many weekends. It can be done alone, or as a couple. You'll need $5K for the training and equipment package, and about $10K for the initial stock.

Marketing support
We provide all POS merchandising including wall banners, cases, brochures, etc as part of the training and equipment package. We provide guidance, and can prepare artwork, for any advertising you may choose to run in your territory.
Training provided
A two-day training session to learn techniques will be followed by hands-on training at a show. We'll regularly visit you at your shows to provide continuous learning and development. We'll also accompany you to appointments with doctors and therapists until you are comfortable with that. Support is always available by email and phone, and in person when required.
Skills
To be considered for this opportunity you'll need to be fit, enthusiastic, relate well with strangers and be available to travel away from home, including on weekends. It can be done alone, or as a couple. Medical experience is not required as all training will be provided by the principals.

We've had distributors based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth for many years. The distributor in Perth has held that position for 16 years! We lost a couple during the Covid restrictions and now wish to appoint one based in Victoria, and soon one based in SE Queensland.
