About the Business
Our Company mainly replaces rollers, locks and tracks on both aluminium and timber Doors. We also replace rollers, spiral and spring balances, locks and latches, awning window stays and chain winders on aluminium and timber Windows. We work for several Strata Companies and do a lot of Private work too.
Selling all current stock, and a fully set up 2013 Mitsubishi Triton 4 x 4 ready to get in and start work. Great business for someone who wants to be their own boss, or Handyman looking to expand their existing business.

History
The business was previosuly owned by a Builder for over 10 years, who built it up, and was able to retire at the age of 55. We took it over to give us a work/life balance, as our children are older now, and my wife is ready to move on, after 10 years.
