Length of Agreement

Our Franchise agreement is 10 years + 10 year option to renew

A reasonable fixed license fee is payable monthly, with a 3 months grace period. A monthly advertising levy is also made to a State marketing fund. This latter amount is held in trust to be used by the group as a whole at the total discretion of the members. (e.g. online ads, yellow & white page listings, promotional activity, etc.)

Our upfront fee of $24,970 includes GST & $4,000 startup fund exclusively for marketing YOUR business.

Computer Troubleshooters is Australia’s largest IT service franchise with over 80 Franchisees in Australia and almost 500 worldwide across 27 countries. The Computer Troubleshooters franchise was created and developed in Coffs Harbour, NSW in 1997.

The majority of Computer Troubleshooters Global was purchased by Merrymeeting, Inc (MMI). In total, MMI currently owns or controls 6 franchise companies with more than 1,700 franchised locations.

The Australian operation is run independently with the support of the US Global Master.
