About the Opportunity
The franchise focuses on a combination of float therapy (using sensory deprivation to achieve deep relaxation), infrared saunas (detoxifying the body using heat and light) and massages (relieving tired muscles). This has created a following of loyal clients who are intent on unplugging, unwinding and unlocking their health goals.
Marketing support
City Cave provides a national marketing strategy, full support with your local digital marketing and online management platform to ensure your Cave’s success.
Training provided
We are passionate about setting our franchisees up for success and that starts with franchise training and induction. You will receive:
● 1 week of franchise owner induction & practical training
● Access to more than 20 hours of City Cave specific online courses
● Ongoing support and access to experienced Franchise Area Mangers to provide you with
guidlines and processes to reach your targets
● Quarterly business reviews
● Regular small group network meetings
● Annual City Cave conference
Skills
To be a successful City Cave franchise owner does not require any specific industry skills. We do require people with a passion for improving health and wellness in their communities and people that relate to our values. Everything we do goes back to the values of Abundance, Collaboration, Balance and Empathy.
The City Cave franchise model is suitable for owner operators and investor-operators.

History
Launched in 2016, City Cave now has 70+ centres, including several in planning and under construction ready for 2024. The brand was started by Tim Butters and Jeremy Hassell after they experienced float therapy and after much trial and managing their own centres they commenced franchising in 2018. City Cave Float & Wellness Centre has grown dramatically since then and it is one of the fastest-growing franchise systems in the world.
