We purchased Cafe in 2022 and revamped and and updated much of the equipment. 2 new outdoor gazebos have been erected. The tired old cafe we took over has much vibe and life now, with happy return customers and many detailed 5 star reviews on google. Very profitable and able to be run with limited staff. This cafe has been successful for 30+ years, it has had a few name changes but has strong traffic path worn to front door (meaning location is quiet well known). The rent has always been rerasaonable with good landlords. As far as we are aware all previous owners were profitable and because of its long established history will continue to be for the next owners.
