This means more time for you to focus on your customers and grow your business.
Our regional franchisors provide support and advice locally from their extensive experience.
As well as 2 days Jim's Group Business training, Jim's Pool Care provide our new Franchisees with an initial intensive Pool Care Training course over 3 weeks. This includes practical on the road training.
Online resources are made available, along with continued training and development from Regional Franchisors and preferred suppliers.
New Franchisees are enrolled in the National Certificate 3 Pool Technician Qualification to ensure continuous development, and an expert team.
