Industry background or knowledge is not a requirement as extensive training and mentoring will be provided. The strata industry continues to grow. In Victoria strata properties comprise 25% of existing residences but 50% of new builds. There are more than 65,000 strata properties, 500,000 lots, 1 million residents and a total asset value of over $50 billion. In Victoria 73% of owners corporations have 5 or less lots. The Casey Shire is one of Australia’s fastest growing regions. The population s forecast to increase by more than 40% in the next 20 years. As an Ace franchisee you will have exclusive rights within the Cranbourne territory which also includes Beaconsfield and Officer. High population growth rates means that there will be large number of new strata properties being built providing real growth opportunities for this business.

We will continue to be an ACE franchisee to provide ongoing support and advice. We have owned ACE franchises since 2013. We remain committed to the business. This sale is a result of one of the directors deciding to retire.

ACE Franchisees receive ongoing marketing support, training and education on running their own franchise. Training provided

ACE recognises that two of the most important elements contributing to the success of a
franchise are training and support and will provide training in the skills needed to run your
Franchise. ACE will provide regular online and in person training courses plus an bi-annual national conference. The existing manager will mentor and provide initial and ongoing support as they will continue to be an Ace franchisee. New franchisees will be required to undertake training with their chosen software provider and in time to complete a Certificate IV.

Skills

The ideal ACE Franchisee is someone who has experience in bookkeeping or administration, is able to deal with a variety of personalities and has good organisational and communication skills. It is important that an ACE franchisee has the desire to succeed, a confident manner and the ability to gather information and advice so they can provide assistance and leadership to their owners corporations across a broad range of disciplines. Prior knowledge of the strata industry is not required as extensive training and mentoring will be provided.
