Marketing support
All franchisees are supported with National Marketing Programs run by our marketing department. In addition to this, each franchisee receives support from a Marketing Executive including creating a Local Area Marketing plan tailored to their store.
Training provided
We offer nationally recognised training courses to new franchisees. Our accredited training in our state of the art training academy CORE (Centre of Retail Excellence) is a main point of difference and is why many want to buy a franchise with us.
Comprehensive initial and ongoing training includes: business & operational knowledge and skills, instore experience, barista training, leadership and customer service to ensure the Muffin Break Brand promise is delivered in every location and you are confident and ready to run your own store.
